The are looked after locally and should you wish to, there is an opportunity to come and visit your loved one prior to the cremation taking place

Our services include as standard, informing our families the day and time of the Direct Cremation and although the family can’t attend, we give them the option to choose a piece of music to be played at the crematorium, making it a more personal send off. We also give families the opportunity to say goodbye to their loved one in the chapel of rest and place any favourite trinkets or belongings into the coffin. We feel it is important to make the cremation as personal as possible for the family’s loved one. Our compassion continues when we return the cremated remains, usually within two weeks of the cremation.

They believe that families should have a personal service and to be able to speak to the owners rather than a call centre.
